Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of FIND and one-time access to the Founding Beta, including service limits, payments, approvals and liability.
Founding Beta access lasts 30 days and costs CHF 19.90 once, with no subscription or automatic renewal. FIND provides AI-supported decision assistance and can prepare actions, but cancellations, orders, payments and other binding steps require your specific approval. Financial results are never guaranteed.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is FIND, Owner: Cindy Rupp-Bregenzer, c/o RA Matutis, Rheinstraße 71, CH-7012 Felsberg (“FIND”, “we”). Email: info@findmoneyapp.com. The definitive business status is stated in the Legal notice.
These terms apply to findmoneyapp.com, FIND accounts, the Founding Beta, AI assistance, document and image analysis, Money Radar, Economic Graph, comparisons, claims and Autopilot features. Mandatory statutory rights take precedence.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Paid services are intended for adults with legal capacity. Registration details must be correct and current. Login details, passkeys and sign-in links must be kept secure, and suspected misuse must be reported without delay. Use on behalf of another person or organisation requires appropriate authority.
3. Contract formation
Product displays are invitations to order. By completing Stripe Checkout, you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed when Stripe reports successful checkout and FIND enables or confirms access. Input errors can be corrected before checkout is completed. Contract confirmation and a payment receipt are provided electronically.
4. Service and beta status
FIND can structure voluntarily supplied details and uploads, identify information, calculate potential savings, recoveries, protection or income opportunities, show sources and open checks, create reminders and prepare drafts or next steps. Scope depends on the plan, available data, country, provider coverage and beta status.
The Founding Beta may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete functions, test data, changed processes or temporarily disabled parts. Features may be adjusted for security, quality, legal or development reasons. FIND does not promise a minimum number or value of opportunities.
5. No regulated advice
FIND is not a bank, insurer, asset manager, credit broker, tax adviser, law firm, debt adviser or public authority. Its content is general, automatically supported decision assistance and does not replace individual legal, tax, investment, insurance, credit, pension or debt advice.
6. AI outputs, calculations and sources
AI may misread text or images, confuse information, use outdated details or reach an incorrect conclusion. Prices, deadlines, coverage, eligibility, salary and tax data, contact details and links must be checked against an original or binding source before action.
Gross, realisable and expected values may depend on assumptions about time, probability, effort, costs, taxes or behaviour. A value remains an estimate until the essential facts and actual result are verified. If information conflicts, the original document, binding third-party terms and mandatory law prevail.
7. Actions and approvals
Using FIND, uploading a file or enabling the radar does not grant a power of attorney. Cancellations, orders, payments, contract changes, claim letters and other legally relevant steps are carried out only after clear approval for the specific recipient, content and, where relevant, amount. Drafts and links remain the user’s responsibility until execution.
8. Radar, notifications and third-party offers
Radar functions operate only within the enabled technical scope and available data sources. FIND does not guarantee complete real-time monitoring of markets, contracts or legal changes. Notifications may be delayed or fail, so users remain responsible for important deadlines.
Third-party prices, availability, eligibility and terms may change. FIND does not guarantee full market coverage. Any third-party contract is concluded solely between the user and the third party.
9. Independence and compensation
Recommendations should be ranked by expected personal value, feasibility, risk, effort and data quality. Referral fees, paid links or placements must be disclosed with the relevant result and may not be presented as an independent full-market review.
10. User content and acceptable use
Users retain rights to their content and grant FIND a non-exclusive right, limited to service delivery, to store, reproduce technically, analyse and display it. Users may upload only content they are entitled to use and should redact unnecessary identity, health, account or third-party data.
Illegal content, deception, identity misuse, malware, automated mass queries, prohibited scraping or reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, disrupting the service and using FIND for high-risk decisions about other people are prohibited.
11. Price, codes and payment
Founding Beta access lasts 30 days and costs CHF 19.90 once. There is no subscription or automatic renewal; access ends automatically after 30 days. The total, discount and any charges shown at checkout apply. Future plans become chargeable only through a separate order.
A personal 100% invitation code grants only 30 days of beta access; it creates no credit, extension or free future subscription. No more than 100 free full-access invitations are issued personally by FIND for the closed beta. Publishing, transferring or reselling a code may lead to unused invitations being disabled.
Sharing a personal FIND result may measure anonymised visits and memberships, but it does not extend the 30-day beta access.
Stripe processes payments. FIND does not receive full card or bank details. Conflicting payment status, chargebacks, suspected fraud or revoked payments may delay or suspend access while the matter is clarified.
12. Withdrawal, refunds and availability
Swiss law generally provides no universal right to withdraw from ordinary online purchases. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. If paid access cannot be delivered at all because of a fault attributable to FIND and is not restored within a reasonable time, an appropriate replacement or refund will be offered. Beta changes, individual incorrect AI outputs or the absence of financial success do not alone create a refund right.
13. Suspension, intellectual property and privacy
FIND may restrict or suspend access for serious misuse, security risks, non-payment, unlawful use or mandatory legal reasons. FIND software, branding, design, text, prompts, scoring logic and data models are protected. Personal data is handled under the Privacy policy.
14. Warranty and liability
FIND provides the beta service with appropriate care. To the extent permitted by law, guarantees of error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, complete market coverage, permanent data currency and financial success are excluded. Liability remains unlimited where mandatory law requires it, including intentional or grossly negligent harm. Other liability is excluded to the extent legally permitted.
15. Changes, law and language
FIND may amend these terms for future use. Material changes affecting ongoing contracts will be communicated appropriately and will not apply retroactively to a user’s detriment without a legal basis or consent. Swiss law applies where permitted; mandatory consumer jurisdictions and protections remain reserved. The German version is authoritative unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
